Cheqbrick Terms of Use

Cheqbrick is provided by Bricks Marketing LLC. Questions about these terms or the service can be sent to [email protected]. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Your account and workspace

You may create a free account for your own equipment or for an organization you are authorized to represent. Provide an email you control and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for assigning appropriate workspace access. Do not impersonate another person or access a workspace without permission.

Equipment and reservations

Cheqbrick records information you enter. It does not physically inspect equipment, insure gear or guarantee that an item exists, is safe, or has actually been returned. Verify condition, ownership and physical custody yourself. A reservation records planned use; it is not a rental agreement or a transfer of ownership.

You retain your rights to the content you provide. You allow us to store and process it as needed to operate Cheqbrick and share it with authorized workspace members. Enter only information you have the right to use. Do not upload unlawful content, private information without authority, malware or material that infringes someone else's rights. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the service.

Availability and price

The initial service is free and requires no payment card. If optional paid features are introduced, their terms and prices will be shown before you choose them. We may improve features and perform maintenance. Keep independent records where equipment availability or custody is important to your business.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every entry is accurate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

Leaving Cheqbrick

You can sign out at any time and initiate account deletion from Settings. Review the Privacy Policy for how deletion affects private and shared workspace records. We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse, security incidents or legal requirements. When practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. You remain responsible for returning any equipment you hold; deleting an account does not resolve custody or ownership disputes.

Apple platform

The iPhone app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where applicable. Apple is not the equipment provider or a party to reservations made through Cheqbrick. Support for Cheqbrick is provided by Bricks Marketing LLC.
